To apply for the Teachers E-Bike Scheme, applicants must interact with the official PTF Punjab portal. This guide explains how to access the portal, log in, or create your profile.

How to Create a Profile?

If this is your first time applying for a scheme through the PTF, you will need to provide your details to register your profile in the system:

• Navigate to the Application Form.
• Enter your valid CNIC Number (e.g., 35201-0000000-0). This acts as your unique identifier.
• Fill in your full name, gender, education, and district details exactly as they appear on your official documents.
• Provide your official School Name, BPS Scale, and Service Duration.
• Once you submit the form, your profile is automatically created and tied to your CNIC for future reference and status tracking.

How to Login / Check Status?

You do not need a traditional password to check on your existing application. The portal uses your CNIC for secure access to your application status.

• Visit the Application Status Check page.
• Enter your registered CNIC.
• The system will display your current profile status and application progress (Submitted, Under Verification, or Approved).
