General & Eligibility

Permanent and contract government school teachers under 55 years of age who possess a valid motorcycle driving license or learner's permit are eligible to apply.

No. Currently, this scheme is strictly for verified Government School Teachers serving under the Punjab Education Department.

Financials & Subsidy

The estimated cost of the e-bike is between Rs. 200,000 and Rs. 250,000. The Punjab Government provides a 30% to 40% upfront subsidy on this cost.

The remaining balance is divided into easy monthly installments ranging approximately between Rs. 3,600 to Rs. 4,200 spread over a 2 to 3 year period.
